How long does my order take to complete?

Our standard order process takes generally 7-10 Business days. Although, in our peak times orders can take up to 10-14 Business days to complete.

Do you have garments in stock?

We do have a few select items at our facility but we generally do not warehouse our full selection of products. We receive most of our products from our suppliers within 1 - 3 business days depending on warehouse location. 

*Some items from California may take up to 7 business days to arrive at
our facility.

I have my own shirts, can I print on them?

Yes. We have specific pricing set just for this reason. The cost is generally cheaper as there are no costs added in for the garments. Once we receive your goods, we are not responsible for any printing mistakes or accidental damages to the garment(s) that could be made in the printing process.

Are you open on the weekends?

We are not open on the weekends. But, an appointment can be made if you are absolutely unable to make it into the shop during our regular lobby hours.

I'd like some garments Embroidered, How do I start
that process?

When looking to embroider your garments, whether provided or purchased through SLI. Vectored or high resolution artwork must be provided in order to digitize for embroidery. We do offer digitization for a variable fee depending on the complexity of your artwork.
